Best Personal Trainer in Glouceter
Dale is a professional and knowledgeable personal trainer and helped me with training and nutrition. Dale identify my strength and weakness with training and nutrition. He guided me through each exercise making sure my technique was correct. He Set short term and long term goals to keep me focus and motivated. We also did weekly check-ups on my nutrition to ensure i was staying on track or any improvements needed to be made. He would text me throughout the week to motivated me and he would answer any question i needed to know. I am now Happy and confident within myself and i would recommend Dale to get you into shape.
